HPTDC has enabled payment facility through Credit Card (MasterCard and VISA) through payment gateway of HDFC Bank and AXIS Bank.
Please choose the relevant option on the availability page for making payment by credit card, so that instant reservation is made in your name.
The latest availability position is shown on the Next Page,
along with an option to send an Email for Reservation Request. Each Request is
processed immediately and accommodation, if available, is Blocked only, and a unique Customer-ID
is alloted. The option to Know Your Customer-ID is also given on the Next Page.
For making payment through HDFC Bank to HPTDC for confirmation of blocked
accommodation, you must deposit the advance payment (with in 2 days of getting Customer-ID) in the form of cash/cheque in
the HPTDC account number: CA-5242320000036 at the nearest HDFC
Bank Branch. The Customer Name and Customer
ID (as in Know your Customer-ID option) must be clearly written on the Current
Account Deposit Slip both on the Main Slip as well as the Counterfoil front &
back also.
HDFC Net Banking Customers can transfer money directly into the HPTDC account.
For making payment through AXIS bank to HPTDC for confirmation of blocked
accommodation, you must deposit the advance payment (with in 2 days of getting Customer-ID) in the form of cash/cheque in
the HPTDC account number: CA-050010200000833 at the nearest AXIS
Bank Branch. The Customer Name and Customer
ID (as in Know your Customer-ID option) must be clearly written on the Current
Account Deposit Slip both on the Main Slip as well as the Counterfoil front &
back also.
However, if there is no AXIS Bank Branch/HDFC Bank Branch in your country/city,
you may send Payment through registered/ courier/ speed post in the form of Demand
Draft only drawn in favour of "The HPTDC Marketing Office, Shimla", payable at
"SHIMLA (Himachal Pradesh, India)", on following address:

The Mall, SHIMLA - 171001 (Himachal Pradesh), INDIA.
The Payment must be 100%, for the first day and 50% for
remaining days, of the tariff of the selected Unit Type.
Immediately after depositing cash (most preferred mode)/cheque/draft
in the HPTDC account in the nearest AXIS Bank Branch/HDFC Bank Branch or
sending Demand Draft by post, send an E-mail about Payment Details, as an advance
intimation using the button given above. The cash deposited in the HPTDC account through AXIS Bank Branch/HDFC Bank Branch
is instantly informed to the HPTDC Reservation office and, hence, confirmation is done on
the same day in the evening. In case of depositing the cheque in the AXIS Bank Branch/HDFC Bank Branch,
confirmation will be done after realisation of the cheque/draft. In any case, the
payment must be made before the expected date of payment (cheques/drafts must be realised
before due date) falling which the blocked accommodation will automatically be released.
If the payment is made by post, the Demand Draft should
reach by the expected date of payment, as shown against your Customer-ID. The HPTDC will
confirm your Reservation only after receipt of demand draft. Check! that your status has
been changed from "Blocked" to "Reserved", along
with other details, using the button "Customer-ID Details" given above.
HPTDC will not be responsible for any postal delay.
Discount/Priviledges__________
HPTDC offers various discounts/ packages from time to time. Different rates of discounts are applicable on different properties
during different periods. Please check these Special Offers. Similarly, discounts are allowed
to senior citizens and priviledge card holders. The discount will be allowed to such customers at the time of settlement of final bill. A proof of senior
citizen/ priviledge card holder will have to be shown at the time of check-in.
Cancellation__________________
Cancellation are not done through this interface. Please get in touch with the
nearest HPTDC Marketing Office, along with the proof of your Identity, for Cancellation of
any reserved/ blocked accommodation.
